杰艾集团正式成为F1方程式赛车车队Scuderia Toro Rosso人力资源业务合作伙伴

近日，杰艾集团与意大利F1方程式赛车车队Scuderia Toro Rosso签订了为期三年的人力资源业务合作协议。9月，Carlos Sainz和Daniil Kvyat两位车手将身披印有杰艾集团标志的全新战袍征战比利时F1大奖赛。至此，杰艾集团正式成为Scuderia Toro Rosso的人力资源业务合作伙伴，将致力于为Scuderia Toro Rosso车队甄选高水准人才并着重开展F1赛车工程领域尖端人才的招聘及雇佣工作。此外，杰艾集团将秉承Scuderia Toro Rosso的文化与精神，积极开展年轻储备车手的培训、甄选以及招聘工作，以最高标准打造一支只属于Scuderia Toro Rosso车队的新一代核心力量。

We are pleased to announce the signing of a three-year agreement with Scuderia Toro Rosso, an Italian Formula One Racing Team based in Faenza. The Gi Group logo will appear on Carlos Sainz’s and Daniil Kvyat’s race suits and race underwear as from the 2016 Belgian Grand Prix. Thanks to this agreement, Gi Group becomes the team’s Official HR partner, developing selection and recruitment processes for qualified personnel with particular emphasis in the field of engineering. Gi Group and Scuderia Toro Rosso will also instigate combined initiatives such as “Formula Future,” a training programme to select, recruit and train talented young graduates, as well as a “Race Academy” which will create an ad hoc new group of young mechanics of a high standard to become part of the Race Team of Scuderia Toro Rosso.
